Staying at the Cottar exceeded my high expectations in everyway, making my visit to the Isle of Skye truly unforgettable. the charming cottage was not only beautifully decorated but also equipped with a fully functional kitchen, complete with cookware and an electric kettle, allowing us to enjoy lovely homemade meals while taking in the breathtaking views from the terrace. I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful tea and coffee facilities that made our mornings even more delightful as we savored our drinks outdoors, surrounded by the sounds of nature. We also appreciated the comfortable sitting area, which became our cozy retreat after a day of exploration, featuring an inviting fireplace that added to the warm ambiance of the home. the owner, Eoin, provided exceptional hospitality, even going above and beyond to help me find my lost barrette, which truly showcased the personal touch of our stay. the Cottar was a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, and I can’t recommend it highly enough!
